  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Luxfiend Inc ships merchandise without shipping costs only to locations within the continental United States and Canada. International locations are an additional cost (Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands are considered international shipping locations). The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Shipping and delivery for US and Canadian purchases are included in the cost of your purchase and are shipped via standard ground service. International shipping costs vary by country.

    Luxfiend Inc.'s standard shipping policy for packages is Canada Post's Regular Parcel service as a primary delivery service and UPS's Standard Ground shipping as a secondary service. This service may take several days and should you wish to expedite your delivery, please let us know and we will arrange a quicker service, but the customer will pay the difference.

    All items originate from Canada and as such are subject to duty and custom's procedures for the country you are shipping to. As such, items may be detained in customs for a period in time, which is out of the control of Luxfiend Inc. Luxfiend Inc. will not be held accountable for any delays in delivery due to customs.

    Return shipping costs for items that are returned from countries outside of Canada and the United States will be the responsibility of the purchaser.



  • Sales Tax
  • Luxfiend Inc charges a 5% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST).


  • Return Policy
  • Any returns must be within 7 days of your receipt of the product and the product must be in the same condition it was received in for a full refund.

    Canada and United States: Return shipping costs will be covered by Luxfiend Inc. Please contact Luxfiend at info@luxfiend.com to arrange for return shipping.

    All other countries: Return shipping costs will be covered by the purchaser. Purchaser will notify Luxfiend Inc. at info@luxfiend.com, that the item will be returned. The packaging and delivery will be the purchasers choice. The return address is:

    Installment and/or Payment Plans:

    Luxfiend will allow installments on payments on certain products. Any default or inability to complete the payments, no matter what the circumstances, as agreed to by the customer and as laid out by Luxfiend will immediately invoke a 10% restocking fee for the first month only if the default happens immediately after one installment is made. It will be a 10% restocking fee calculated on the original retail price on the goods purchased prior to any 10% off coupon.

    Any default made after the second installment is made will invoke a 20% restocking fee on all payments made including the first month and any subsequent months after the first month installment will be calculated based on a 20% restocking fee, which will be charged based on the original retail price prior to any coupon. All monies paid less the restocking fee as appropriate to the amount of payments or installments made will be refunded to the customer, less any Paypal charges in order to make the refund. The calculation will be based on these terms and conditions.
